Artificial Intelligence is a becoming a part of our every day life. It's is being added into the systems we use on a daily basis, often without our knowledge or permission, and with little care for the devastating impacts it has on our environment and on our Black and Brown Communities. Generative AI needs to be used in a incredibly careful and thoughtful way, with privacy and security concerns at the forefront.

I do not knowingly use Generative AI in any part of my creative process as a narrator. I will not upload any manuscript given to me by an author into any Generative AI software or tools without express written permission by the author/rights holder. Nor do I give permission to any person or entity to upload my voice into a Generative AI software or tool. I firmly believe that every person has the right to their own name, voice, likeness, and artistic work and will fervently work to protect that work from unauthorized use. All authors I work with will be required to sign an AI rider that expressly prohibits the sale or transfer of my voice/likeness

SAG-AFTRA believes every person has an inalienable right to their name, voice, and likeness. And we fight to ensure that any use has consent and just compensation, while any recreation or synthetic performances are paid on-scale with a member performing in person, making the choice to use a human over A.I. the smartest financial choice.
